Mazatlán Restaurant maintains a unique identity in which it has allowed, over the years, clients very demanding and satisfied with the variety types of Mexican dishes that the kitchen prepares tirelessly every time a request is attended, taking care of every detail in the process of the plate's elaboration, having as a result a plate that is fresh and filled with flavors.

Employees are constantly capacitated and orientated to be particularly active in providing professional attention and also in the same way are delivering comfort and closeness of a traditional kitchen.

The main principle objective of Mazatlán is to give clients the opportunity to experience aromas, flavors, passion, tradition and respect for the Mexican culture.

Our Founder

Don Andres Cardenas Guitron, founder of the Mazatlan Restaurant chain, established his roots in Washington state in 1970. His vision and tenacity soon permitted him to open the first restaurant in the year 1975. Born in 1935, his story begins in the small town of Cuautla, Jalisco where he developed outstanding skills in agriculture, cattle raising, and business.

From his parents he learned the values that would support him in his career; discipline, passion, character, honesty, and drive.These values along with his hard work, merit, and vision have allowed him to turn into a sucessful businessman, paving the way for countless people after him.

Don Andres, a loyal companion to his beloved wife Doña Teresa, father, and teacher to his children. A lover of horses, the ranch life and the kitchen, continued to work towards this dream with life giving him the oportunity to continue a legacy that would transcend generations.
