Our Food is made out of flavors and traditions, from a genuine passion and admiration to Mexican cuisine and culture. But, The Pacific Northwest Mexican Food is also a name, a dream and realization since 1968. It’s a vivid story concocted by a single man: Don Andrés Cárdenas. As our founder, he was also the creator of our first specialties, including some of the most important dishes which are well known in the State and through the Mazatlan chain. The essence of our cuisine is based on the authenticity and quality of our ingredients, a celebration of age long techniques and traditions, and the passion and respect for the Mexican culture.
